Each course can be picked from our “Culinary menu”, or created and custom tailored to suit your event best. About the chef
Director and founder of Amuse Dining and Roots Chocolates, Roel discovered his passion for the culinary arts at a young age and graduated Culinary school in his native land, Belgium. After working along some renowned chef throughout his travels, he has been able to refine his kitchen skills to become the highly regarded chef he is today. He holds a deep passion for delivering high standard dishes that everyone can enjoy and will create the exceptional dining experience.

Confirm your booking and number of guests.
STEP 4
The chef will arrive 1.5 hours beforehand and begins preparing. Enjoy your fine dining experience while your chef cleans up!
